Tuckpointing 1860′sChimney Walker Inn Bed and Breakfast.Or the Historic registered home of the Enis family Chimney are just a couple. These were a great experience for A1 Tuckpointing Crew while we were salvaging the Arch at the entrance Of the Fields of the Wood .
Our Company was in the Smokie Mountains on a project rebuilding the Arch at the Entrance of This Christian Theme Park.In another week the Pastor Wayne was going to have the 150 foot structure at the entrance of the park removed. We agreed to save the Arch and after six months of restoring the Original structure , we salvaged it.Being originally Built in 1910 the clearance was about ten feet in height. We brought the Arch up to modern day road clearance of 14’6″ .Then we restored the structure from one end to the other(150′)and Painted it gloss White. We are Proud to say this was our pleasure to work on a project like this! Our Company goes to great lengths to earn personal self gratification. This comes from My Father who worked on the Arch,Also and from many projects we worked on together from where I have gained so many memorable experiences.A1tuckpointing is Rightsell Construction of Indiana.I am Glenn Rightsell.
